As a virtual office tenant, it's up to you whether you decide to use 'The Old Brewery Business Centre' or simply 'The Old Brewery, Castle Eden' for your address - whatever sounds best for your business.

Standard Package

Only £25 + VAT per month (Initial set up fee of £25 + VAT)

Includes:

• Use of business address for company registration and/ or invoices, promotional literature etc.

• Collect post at your convenience 24/7 (letters and large letters)

• Email notification when you have uncollected items remaining

• Occasional use of public atrium workstations with free access to wifi or for casual meetings during business hours (we don’t take bookings for the atrium therefore cannot guarantee availability of space)

• 25% off bookings of the Nimmo’s boardroom (full day special rate £108, half day special rate £54)

• 25% off bookings of the Whitbred Seminar room (full day special rate £135, half day special rate £67.50)

 

Part-time Workstation Package

Only £100 +VAT per month (Initial set up fee of £25 + VAT)

Suitable for employed or self-employed individuals working from home who need a working environment away from home once or twice a week who don't need a permanent or private office space.

​

Includes:

• Standard Virtual office Package

• 1.5 full days per week public Atrium workstation use Monday to Friday 8:30am -4:30pm (we don’t take bookings for the atrium therefore cannot guarantee availability of space). This can be used however suits you best eg. 2-3 half days or 2 hours per day.

Part-time Office Package

Only £200 +VAT per month (Initial set up fee of £25 + VAT)

 

Suitable for teams working from home who need to meet up once or twice a week or for consultancy based businesses who don't need a permanent or specific room.

Includes:

• Standard Virtual office Package

• 1 day per week meeting room hire (8:30am -4:30pm or can be taken as 2 x half days 8:30-12:30 or 12:30-4:30) (room allocated by The Old Brewery based on availability and can't be carried over to the following week)

• Parcel acceptance and storage including email notification (collect 24/7) – Additional £10 per month

• Local landline number diverted to your own mobile number – Additional £20 per month

• Local landline number answered by us and message taken and emailed to yourself – Additional £25 per month

• Personal Assistant services as required
